Our Story

What started out as a simple request to provide cupcakes for a Valentine’s Day event in 2019 has bloomed into a full-time baking business with our products featured in multiple coffee shops across the Twin Cities metro. Through her baking journey, Amanda quickly learned there was a need for local vegan and gluten-free baked goods, so she perfected her recipes to bring these products which don’t compromise flavor to customers all across the Twin Cities.

Amanda still makes everything in small batches with the finest ingredients from her commercial kitchen space in Golden Valley.

The Name

When coming up with a name for the business it was easy; Two Daughters. Yes, Amanda has two daughters Olivia and Annalise but the name goes beyond that; baking with the girls carves out space to intimately interact with them as they create something together. Although the bakery has moved to a commercial kitchen space, Amanda still takes time to bake with both her girls.
